A delicious recipe for Canario, with pisco brandy, mandarin juice, pineapple syrup, lime juice and caster sugar. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz pisco brandy
1 1/2 oz mandarin juice
1 tsp pineapple syrup
1/4 oz lime juice
1 tsp caster sugar
Method:
Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.
