Ingredients:
1 oz dark rum
5 oz hot cocoa
1 tbsp whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
Method:
Combine rum and cocoa in an irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste. Top with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
