Ingredients:
2 oz fresh coconut milk
2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp coconut syrup
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Method:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in a frosted collins glass, garnished with a pineapple wheel and maraschino cherry.
