A delicious recipe for New Orleans Fizz, with gin, cream, orange flower water, sugar syrup, powdered sugar, egg and lemon juice. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1/4 oz cream
1 dash orange flower water
1/4 – 3/4 oz sugar syrup
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 oz lemon juice

Method:
Shake all ingredients (except soda) well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, fill with soda, and serve.
