A delicious recipe for Peppermint Park, with gin, lemon juice and Champagne. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz sweetened lemon juice
4 – 6 oz Champagne
Method:
Pour the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a large champagne flute. Top with champagne, add a straw, and serve.
