A delicious recipe for Strawberry Kir Royale, with strawberries, sugar, Champagne and creme de cassis. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
2 cups halved strawberries
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup chilled Champagne
1 tsp creme de cassis

Method:
Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Divide into two white wine glasses, add champagne and creme de cassis.

Serve in:
White Wine Glass
